Môrester has a full staff complement of permanent employees who live on the farm, and during the harvest season, from December to March, the farm employs an additional 500 people to assist with crop preparation, harvesting, and packing.

The creche and after-school supervision facilities at Môrester provide care for the children of our staff. In the afternoons after school, Môrester provides supervision for the schoolchildren and the supervisor also assists the scholars with their homework.
